Peking Duck, Xi He Ya Ju, Beijing

Peking duck in Beijing. As opposed to Canada, where it's typical 2-3 course, they gave 3 small plates of skin/meat (2 pictured) and a whole lot of condiments (sugar, sauces, veggies).

Don't they bring out the whole duck and cut it in front of you? That's just wierd you had such a small portion.
